Aaaaghh! November arrived (temperature-wise) in the form of cold rain and sleet and even a little snow this morning. So what better to comfort ones' self but to make a hearty bowl of warm oatmeal.
Ahhh, but not just any oatmeal. This one has that nifty protein laden quinoa added for a nutty taste. I also added chopped walnuts, some raisins, cinnamon, and a little maple syrup.
Talk about yummy, warm comfort food.... ahhhhhhh!
